Our client took a very simple shed design and turned it into a full blown office (or hangout?). This build is 225 SF with an 8’ ceiling. The structure has 100 AMP Service to a sub panel on the interior wall and a mini split AC system. We finished the space with a level 4 skip trowel on the walls and an eggshell Sherwin Williams SuperPaint.
