A full interior remodel in Tempe Arizona

This remodel was a fun one! Full interior remodel that included 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, flooring, soffit removal, duct work relocation, extensive electrical and lighting work, and a beautiful paint job to finish it off. The home featured a massive soffit occupying over 400SF of ceiling space throughout the kitchen and living room. We removed that soffit and added a full 12” to the ceiling height. In order to accomplish this task we had to re-route a significant amount of ductwork and electrical cabling. We rebuilt nearly 400Sf of ceiling and finished it with a classic Skip Trowel drywall finish.
